How will you make an impact in this role?
By developing a solid understanding of the market(s) and business unit(s) and its customers, this would help you better support candidate management and the hiring process including sourcing, mining candidate databases, screening, and interviewing.
Responsibilities
Support the development of the recruitment strategy for the overall business to attract top talent and adapt the approach with each posting’s search, to increase applicant funnel of suitable candidatesDevelop a strong business acumen to be able to handle requisitions efficiently across different business units
Mine internal and external databases to identify suitable candidates, screen and review resumes, and interview shortlisted candidates to develop a diverse pipeline of potential candidates to fill open roles
Leverage market intelligence and industry trends, including target companies and organizations, to build candidate slates
Manage the candidate lifecycle to deliver high candidate experience
Conduct briefing meetings and participate in hiring related discussions and relevant updates
Help ensure the company aligns with guidelines as it relates to online sourcing, recruiting, and hiring practices
Assist with developing effective and compelling presentations to sell the job and the company to prospective candidates
Prepare ongoing hiring updates to the client organizations and make recommendations based on recruiting data
Collaborate with internal (Colleague Experience Group (CEG)) colleagues to ensure alignment on recruitment strategy such as Colleague Strategic Partners and the DE&I team
Update and post jobs, manage talent pools and requisitions, and disposition candidates
Conduct first round interview, interview debriefs, and reviews assessments
Structure new offers, works with compensation team to determine appropriate packages, negotiates offer, and makes offer edits as vital
Communicate proactively with candidates through timely feedback sharing, and providing details on the selection process and interviewer feedback Provide manpower support to the Careers Center day-to-day operations. Manage own requisitions to support class hiring needs
Minimum Qualifications:
6 months – 2 years’ experience in volume recruitment or related experienceProven track record in efficient management of workload and responsibilities
Proven track record and focus in creating an excellent candidate and hiring leader experience
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Demonstrated adaptability & agility to work in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication

Location: BGC Corporate Center 2, 5th Avenue corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, TaguigWorkplace Flexibility: Full time. Must be amenable to follow a hybrid work arrangement (onsite and work from home)
