**Req Number** 147082 Job Description Aids recruitment for high volume, clerical, administrative, and /or service related positions for the organization. Utilizes basic sourcing avenues to find and place qualified candidates. Assists with sourcing strategies, recruitment and retention activities. Job Responsibility + Aids recruitment for high volume clerical, administrative and/ or service related positions for the organization. + Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to source, identify and recruit qualified candidates. + Assist in pre-screens and interviews during recruiting process; maintains resume database and candidate for area(s) of focus. + Conducts follow-up calls with hiring managers and new hires to address hiring quality improvement initiatives. + Participates in system-wide recruiting events/initiatives, as necessary; acts as liaison to vendors and potential candidates for assigned recruitment area(s). + Monitors vacancy and turnover rates for assigned recruitment areas and makes recommendations to address retention issues. + Incorporates metrics to define success/failure and shares with key stakeholders. + Operates with direct guidance and work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity. + Performs related duties as required.
