Associate Talent Development Specialist
The Associate Talent Development Specialist is responsible for working with the HR Talent team to assist in the administration and coordination of development events and programs. This means they will perform the administrative functions necessary to support the delivery, measurement, and documentation of development activities for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP). This role enables development experiences for team members and leaders from across the company. Therefore, this role provides the opportunity to help drive a major impact for KDP, while gaining a wide range of exposure and talent development experience.What you will do:In this role, you will lead training coordination to support Talent Development events and programs (live and virtual) across locations, including but not limited to:Audience Management: Running and manipulating reports to identify target audiences using Excel. Monitoring attendance during multi-session programs and facilitating reschedules or make-ups to help drive overall completion rates.Scheduling: Building training schedules to support multiple locations, shifts, and time zones. Also includes scheduling sessions and training rooms, inviting/confirming attendee registrations, and coordinating and confirming instructors.Communication: Communicate program details, instructions and reinforcement materials to participants and facilitators using email, our internal social media and communication platforms. Represent the HR Talent team with direct, respectful, timely and helpful communications to leaders and team members.Training Documentation: Create and coordinate support materials like our team SOPs, job aids, presentations, and other documentation. This might include, but not limited to writing content, proofreading, and formatting materials, recommending graphics/pictures, etc.Document Management and Organization: Maintain current reference documentation, job aids and materials in the team SharePoint sites ensuring it is organized, easy to access, and up to date, coordinating regular reviews and updates, where applicable.Technology Set-Up and Support: Setup, produce or troubleshoot for virtual training sessions in WebEx or Teams. Setup lessons, courses or programs in the Learning Management System (Workday Learning) and manage / coordinate basic learning assignment campaigns and training enrollments. Input course completion and/or attendance in the Learning Management System (Workday Learning).Event management: Coordinates training rooms, materials, supplies, and/or refreshments/meals for training events and programs. Issuing pre-work assignments to participants.Measure Results: Prepare surveys and issue and/or collect survey feedback and record results. Create charts and slides to report training results & feedback.Vendor Management and Invoicing: Support learning vendor management by assisting with communications, coordination, and purchase order and invoice management according to contract agreements.Budget Tracking: Support budget tracking for Talent & Culture team, and regularly share updates with leadership team.Additional DutiesProvide project support and other related duties for the team, including research support, assistance with creating presentations or other documentation, meeting coordination, and communications.Follow all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by KDP and the department.5-10% annual travel may be necessary (as business/team needs arise) Total Rewards Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility Requirements Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 360 suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and WordReporting and analytical skills possessing the ability to use spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, V lookups etc. to organize and manipulate large amounts of data into useful, insightful information for the purpose of getting things done with accuracyStrong service orientation with demonstrated desire and willingness to serve the team and its client baseAbility to take initiative; be proactive without waiting for direction; strong sense of personal accountabilityAble to work collaboratively across diverse business units, teams, and individuals and execute effectively and efficientlyAbility to identify and solve problems and apply analytical skills to create process improvementAbility to manage multiple assignments, initiatives or projects and priorities effectively while managing resources to ensure positive outcomesExcellent communication (verbal and written), organization, and coordination skills, and ability to present ideas clearly Preferred RequirementsBachelor’s Degree1-3 years working in a large, diverse, multi-site organization to systematically organize, coordinate, and support business activities1-3 years coordinating training and/or other organizational development activities using and administering a Learning Management System (LMS)Group facilitation skills and experience facilitating training and/or workshops Company Overview
