Join Publix Technology as an Associate Technical Support Analyst or a Technical Support Analyst on the LAN/WAN team. The position hired will be dependent upon skillset. This position is for 3rd shift and the work schedule after the initial training period will be between the hours of 12:00am - 10:00am, four days per week.

Responsibilities:Level 1/2 troubleshooting of the Publix network infrastructureMonitoring and responding to alerts from networking devices.Working directly with Telco vendors on circuit outagesEscalating high severity and chronic problems to managementAnswering phones and logging incident records
