Associate Technical Support Engineer Co-Op
Compensation: $22.00 Hourly
Duration: 15 weeks (May 12 - August 22)
Location: You will have the flexibility to work fully remote from anywhere across the United States.
**To be eligible for our Co-Op program, you must be currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor's degree. Ideal candidate is a Junior graduating in Spring 2026 or a Senior graduating in Fall 2025.**

As an Associate Technical Support Engineer Co-Op with Insight, you will
· Provides first level product support and remediation of incidents in the client’s environments.
· Provides support to Engineers who handle daily operational management of client’s hardware and software configurations.
· Applies systems analysis techniques and procedures to determine hardware, software, and system functional specifications, including consulting with users.
· Maintains advanced software configurations and recommends new applications and equipment, including updates and patches and computer infrastructure components.
· Executes performance analysis of client environments and remediation tasks based on industry best practices. Implements formal written summary and action plans along with root cause analysis reports for client’s management.
· Formulates, provides, and maintains advanced documentation for various critical business computing technologies including diagrams, configuration settings, usage policies, and operating practice.
· Performs all other duties as assigned.
· Provides Level 2 and 3 break/fix support for various clients and performs remote management tasks for managed services clients.
What we look for in an Associate Technical Support Engineer Co-Op:
· Pursuing BS in Data Analytics, or Computer Science (this role is not programming focused).
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to communicate across different levels of business.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically.
