SummaryWe are recruiting for a Associate Telecommunications Analyst. The focus of this position includes: analyzing telecommunications services, administrating our telecom expense management tool, research telecommunications cost savings opportunities, and handling month-end close procedures for the telecom department.
This position has a target wage of $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities1. Manage inventory of Perdue issued tablets, to include ordering, tracking, set up and deployment
2. Manage Perdue’s mobile device recycle process
3. Manage incoming and outgoing shipments for the Telecom department
4. Operate the company’s public switchboard, to provide exceptional customer service and route calls appropriately as required
5. Utilize associated telecom applications as advised
Education and Experience Requirements
Required:
High-School Diploma or GED equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with PC desktop productivity software Must be able to interact with our mobility support vendors to manage service requests and resolve escalated service issues
Preferred:
Knowledge of Smartphone Technology and ability to troubleshoot common issues Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a telecom/customer service industryEnvironmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Ability to work in an open-partitioned cubical environment Ability to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another Ability to operate a Computer and Phone Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Ability to remain stationary up to 7.5 hours a day Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
