Pay Rate: $21.30/hr |  Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:30AM- 11PM with occasional Saturday OT

PDS Tech Commercial is looking for an entry-level Associate Tool & Gage Technician to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of aerospace manufacturing by maintaining and calibrating essential tools and gages. Your Role & Responsibilities

Learn to set and adjust gages for Manufacturing, Assembly, and Test departments

Maintain inventory records using SAP or other database systems

Manage the receiving, storing, issuing, and delivery of tools, fixtures, gages, and shop supplies

Work in a team environment, assisting internal and external associates

Solve moderate-scope issues, escalating complex problems as needed

Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction

What You Bring to the Table
Required:

Eagerness to learn—direct training provided!

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs

Willingness to obtain forklift certification if not already certified

Strong teamwork and communication skills

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.      

Preferred (But Not Required):

Experience with gage setting, cutting tools, grinding wheels, and fixtures

Familiarity with SAP or similar database systems

Basic computer skills (training available)

Pay Details: $21.30 per hour
