**About the role:**
The Associate Trade Specialist is a support resource for their respective category of services and will primarily be responsible to support the relevant business needs. The foundation for this role is the review of trade-related proposals for repair and replacement. An Associate Trade Specialist aids in the ongoing development and training of their Service Providers.
**What you'll do:**
+ Support the Training and Onboarding of new and existing service providers through work order follow-up and initiatives such as PQTE and WMTL.
+ Provide written reports to direct supervisor or leadership with conclusions, and recommendations.
+ Review and evaluate repair and replacement proposals under $2,500 from their assigned trade group through fmPilot (software application).
+ Monitor the trade performance, financials, and health through Tableau (software application).
+ Participate and Support any initiatives that impact the Service Providers and/or Trade Services.
+ Communicate with Service Providers to help set and enforce process expectations while optimizing the working relationship.
+ Foster Service Provider relationships while achieving the desired results of controlling expense and sustaining performance.
+ Manage MAC tool Trades Center tickets by addressing, coaching providers, and all other necessary steps to resolve.
+ Continually attend educational training to improve knowledge and performance level. Become certified and maintain ongoing certication with assigned trade.
+ Stay informed and up to date on all SOP’s and evolving standards
+ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
+ Daily Log-in and use of CIC phone system including phone login, status updating
**What you'll need:**
+ 1 year of experience in Related Field Preferred but not required
