Associate Valuation Manager, Fine Jewelry & Watches
About The RoleThe goal of the Associate Valuation Manager is to provide accurate pricing and an exceptional consignor experience, while facilitating price requests, appointments, and expanding their product expertise. This position will report to the Lead Manager, Valuations Team and should be a subject matter expert in their category, with a foremost knowledge of brand history, iconic styles, and current trends.

Ability to foresee potential obstacles well in advance of campaign launch dates and to problem solve in order to ensure proper execution of Valuation office processes

What You Bring To The Role

MInimum Requirements:

2-5 years experience working in the luxury space in a customer facing role

Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively across all departments to meet goals and deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university

Graduate Gemologist, Diamond Graduate or Colored Stone Graduate certification from the Gemological Institute of America

Sales experience

The expected salary range for this role is $59,608.80-$80,912.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
