Predictive Analytics
We cover investment strategy for our research franchise from the lens of quantamental analysis. We formulate views on global equity markets and identify the key themes that influence capital markets to help clients navigate smoothly and make money. We leverage a wide variety of traditional and alternative data to build proprietary, leading tools across different economies, strategies, markets, asset classes and sectors with an aim to identify directional trends and inflection points in fundamental and market data. Which, in turn, can be transformed into actionable insights. In short, we provide a differentiated data-driven perspective into investing.
Job description
We are currently looking to hire a VP level person in the predictive Analytics team. The holder of the role will work closely with fundamental and quantitative cross-asset class research teams analyzing broad universe of data that will influence idea generation and the creation of new innovative research products.
The person will be leveraging massive amounts of proprietary and third-party data to develop powerful cutting edge research tools that has long lasting predictive power. The role will be communicating the findings in writing in clear, succinct and compelling manner.
Requirements:
• Graduate Degree in a science, engineering, economics, business, mathematics or similar
• At least six years of experience
• Excellent understanding of markets especially equities
• Ability to collaborate with equity research teams to apply and develop data driven solutions for traditional and non-traditional investment queries
• Familiarity with advance data mining and machine learning techniques to extract timely, meaningful and impactful insights
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal; team player, self-starter and demonstrated strong work ethic
