Overview The Cardio Partners Associate Vice President of Digital Marketing & eCommerce is responsible for shaping and executing the overarching vision and strategy to drive digital transformation, customer engagement, and eCommerce sales growth. Cardio Partners offers complete cardiac solutions to our customers including equipment, consultation, end-to-end training, and program management. As an authorized master distributer of all FDA-approved defibrillator devices, the company provides customers the best-in-class value for new and recertified equipment. Customers’ emergency preparedness needs are met via Cardio Partners’ nationwide CPR training courses and state-of-the-art program management services. Hybrid Position: M&F remote, T-Th office based Responsibilities Summary: The Associate Vice President of Digital Marketing & eCommerce is responsible for shaping and executing the overarching vision and strategy to drive digital transformation, customer engagement, and eCommerce sales growth. This leader will evaluate and recommend investments and initiatives to advance eCommerce, develop business cases, and lead marketing plans focused on revenue generation. With a focus on data-driven decision making, this role identifies opportunities for innovation and expansion, leveraging data and analytics to study traffic, trends, customer touchpoints, and pain points to optimize the digital customer experience. Along with your team, you will drive products, programs, and services into a quickly growing field, and you will truly make a difference in this important, life-saving work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and articulate the long-term and short-term digital and eCommerce strategy to support profitable growth across multiple storefronts Set major objectives for the digital function within the broader corporate framework and oversee policy development within digital marketing and eCommerce departments Prioritize and plan technical projects to enhance the customer experience, introduce new e-commerce features, and improve digital channel performance Use data and analytics to monitor traffic, trends, and customer touchpoints, uncovering new avenues for innovation and revenue growth Develop and assess business cases for eCommerce initiatives, driving the adoption of best practices in conversion optimization, trend analysis, and strategic planning Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize digital marketing channels, drive customer engagement, and identify growth opportunities Directly manage the digital marketing and eCommerce teams, including overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management Manage departmental budgets and resources to ensure alignment with company objectives Utilize business intelligence and customer insights to drive engagement and conversion Manage resources efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met Skills/Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required, advanced degree such as an MBA or a Master’s in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or Data Analytics, is preferred Minimum of 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce, with a strong track record of strategic leadership and measurable success Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including a solid understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies, digital branding, and customer experience optimization in B2B and B2C environments Extensive experience leading digital transformation projects and developing integrated digital strategies that yield measurable improvements in customer engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue generation Comprehensive knowledge of eCommerce software, business intelligence tools, AI tools, and digital marketing channels Customer-centric orientation and an appreciation for understanding the end-to-end online customer journey In-depth understanding of eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing) Proficiency in business intelligence tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau) to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions is essential Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and conversion rate optimization tools Strong leadership, decision-making and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate, lead and communicate effectively with a team Critical thinking and analytical skills to solve problems efficiently Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple tasks Keen sense of ethics, confidentiality, and integrity Sarnova is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
