The Associate VP, Technology Solutions requires a in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across segments and/or enterprise-wide. The AVP, Technology Solutions is responsible for leading the overall technology advancement for CenterWell Pharmacy. This will encompass end-to-end management of the platforms which support the Traditional Mail, Specialty, Retail and OTC platforms as well as supporting systems. You will work strategically with CenterWell Pharmacy executives and other cross-functional leaders to drive technology solutions to meet the current and future needs of our business. **Job Responsibilities:** + Directly accountable for $25-35M of IT spend per year in Direct Labor, Professional Services, Hardware/Software, SaaS, etc + Drive a delivery roadmap with both short-term capabilities and long-term solutions in support of the Pharmacy strategy + Define and execute large scale transformation initiatives to uplift pharmacy technology posture to support long term technology and business objectives + Provide technical leadership and guidance in delivering best-in-class solutions aligned to business goals + Manage large delivery teams and create a culture of high performance and engagement through goal setting, talent development, coaching, and feedback + Evaluate new technology, software, and processes continuously, and recommend changes as appropriate to advance capabilities of the organization + Influence and oversee implementation of an enterprise level data strategy and platform to deliver business value + Work cross functionally across the enterprise to ensure Pharmacy technology is highly resilient, secure and robust + Attract, hire, grow, and mentor individuals on the team and foster an environment of engagement + Actively advocate for new ways of working and delivering on outcomes; lead and support technology and business team's adoption and adherence to Agile principles + Effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders across IT and the enterprise. + Own and effectively manage key business and IT vendor relationships **Behavioral Competencies:** + Exceptional leadership skills, marked by poise, positive influence, and the ability to drive change. + A management style that is collaborative, energetic, results-oriented, and innovative. + Ability to credibly contribute to business discussions and influence strategic and commercial outcomes across the business. + Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across both the business and technology. + Proven track record of successful collaboration in a highly matrixed organization. + A 'talent magnet' who is inspiring to all levels within the organization. The ability to attract and retain top talent, build a world class technology team, and develop next-level leaders. + Demonstrated advanced ability to use integrated and conceptual thinking to solve problems. + Demonstrated ability to employ judgment and experience to make rapid, complex decisions. + Significant expertise establishing and develop strong working relationships with all levels of associates and external parties, while maintaining appropriate levels of objectivity to their work. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Key Candidate Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT field + 15+ years of progressive technical leadership experience + 8+ years of experience leading large people teams comprised of a mix of associates and contractors + Healthcare and/or Pharmacy background in technology preferred + Demonstrated experience pursuing recent technology modernization programs through customer interaction, solution design, technical demonstrations, and identifying high performing teaming partner + Experience with Cloud Technology on Microsoft Azure Platform and Agile Methodology + Prefer Software Development experience with Java and C#.NET + Demonstrated willingness to challenge the status quo and offer opinions and perspectives that run counter to prevailing viewpoints + Deep understanding of modern information technology strategy and practices + Solid understanding of business strategy and a record of demonstrating how technology enables business outcomes + Experience in managing change by leading and energizing others, modeling adaptability, and inspiring strong organizational performance through periods of transformation, ambiguity, and complexity. + Understanding of and experience with implementing AI capabilities to drive business and operational benefits + Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the polish, poise, and executive presence that will ensure effective interaction with senior and executive level audiences + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$185,700 - $255,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
