Associate VP of Sales & Marketing Details:

Direct Hire position$135,000.00 to $170,000.00 /annuallyFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.Lead and mentor teams across sales, marketing, and customer service, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Oversee sales supply chain functions, including procurement processes and inventory management.Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and implement initiatives for business expansion.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for the department.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve business goals.Ensure continuous improvement through training, development, and process optimization.

Associate VP of Sales & Marketing Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.5-10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage data, utilize technology, and oversee operational processes.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
