Associate Well-Being Experience Lead
**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** : The Associate Well-Being Experience Lead designs and delivers innovative well-being strategies and solutions to enable high levels of holistic well-being across the population. This role understands the emotional drivers of decision-making and motivators for healthy behavior, deploying strategies and tactics (e.g., behavioral economics, incentives, marketing, outreach) accordingly. The Associate Well-Being Experience Lead addresses problems of diverse scope and complexity, ranging from moderate to substantial. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Assess and Implement Initiatives:** Analyze benefits and well-being data to develop and implement enterprise initiatives that promote healthy behaviors and outcomes. These initiatives aim to attract and retain top talent at Humana while improving the health outcomes of our associates. + **Innovate and Translate Trends:** Translate research and market trends in all areas of well-being to evaluate, develop, and implement innovative well-being experiences and resources. This ensures the company's continued leadership in health and well-being. + **Enhance Participation and Efficiency:** Increase associate participation in well-being experiences through effective vendor management, cost monitoring/reduction, efficient process delivery, and success metric development/tracking. + **Consult and Lead:** Provide consultation and lead team-based efforts to address business issues and achieve well-being goals. + **Foster Relationships:** Build robust relationships with peers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to enhance associate well-being. + **Leverage Clinical Knowledge:** Utilize clinical knowledge to address gaps in all areas of associate well-being, improve population health, optimize health plan outcomes, determine appeals and consistent coverage, and assess new technology and clinical programs. + **Exercise Independent Judgment:** Make independent decisions on complex issues related to job duties and tasks, working under minimal supervision. + **Effective Communication:** Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey well-being strategies and initiatives to diverse audiences. This includes clear and persuasive communication with associates, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment and engagement with well-being goals. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Health Promotion, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline. + 5 + years of benefits or well-being program management experience + Proven track record of designing, implementing and managing benefits or well-being strategies and initiatives. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with associates, stakeholders and partners. + Analytical skills to assess well-being data and develop actionable insights. + Ability to manage vendor relationships and monitor/reduce costs. + Ability to work independently and make decisions on complex issues. + Innovative mindset to develop and implement new well-being experiences. + Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. **Additional Information** **Work-At-Home Requirements:** To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria: • At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested • Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership • Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. • Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. • Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information Interview Format: As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will be using an exciting interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring and decision-making ability. Your recorded interview will be reviewed, and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews. **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $94,900 - $130,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
