What Requirements Should I Have?

The successful candidate is prefered to have a  Bachelor's degree along with 7 years retail hardware or home improvement experience is required. As a member of the Retail Service team, you will be expected to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties and deliver effective communication both verbally and written. You will also be experienced in Microsoft Excel,and the Google suit of products. We will help you achieve your career goals by offering challenging duties and annual performance reviews.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing the creation of new assortments. Directing team members in the maintenance of existing assortments and ensuring that all planograms are displayed correctly on Orgill.com. Training the planogram team and building their product knowledge. Oversees data intake for items in planograms. (gathering images and measurements using our state of the art equipment). Dealer Market tasks relating to planograms and items that will be on display at the market. Must be willing to travel to the dealer market once per year for up to 15 days. Must be willing to travel occasionally to projects in the field for training or intel.

Minimum Job Qualifications: 

 Bachelor’s degree preferred  Minimum of 7 years retail hardware or home improvement
