Position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of billing information and bills airlines/non-airlines for services rendered.Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$20 - $23 Per HourMain Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports a variety of general office administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, billing and financial functions.
Performs quality audits of payroll, billing and airline specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
Adherence to daily schedule requirements and time lines.
Research billing discrepancies, assist with resolution due to price, quantity and service discrepancies.
Unit IT support including hardware and software applications.
Maintains assets controls and oversees unit office supply levels including inventory and ordering
Assist managers with general unit communications with internal and external customers
Assist with other tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED is required
Work Experience:
1 to 3 years of billing experience preferably in a high-volume food service business.
2 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
None
Language / Communication Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with multiple employees in a fast paced environment
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus

Airline and food manufacturing industry experience helpful
Ability to adapt well to change and change management in fast paced environment
