We offer required clerkship and elective rotation experiences to third and fourth year medical students, and have a strong, fully accredited family and community medicine residency program. Rank of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor and applicable salary are dependent upon candidate’s qualifications and experience. **Requisition ID:** 29021BR **Travel Required:** None **Pay Grade Maximum:** Salary commensurate with related education, experience and/or skills **Major/Essential Functions:** + Diagnose, treat and direct care independently for patients in the Texas Tech Family Medicine Clinic + Obtain and maintain active medical staff admitting attending hospital privileges at BSA for the purpose of serving as the attending physician on the TTFM service at BSA + Supervise resident physicians, medical students, mid-level providers, and nursing staff in the care of patients in the clinic and, where applicable, BSA + Present didactic conference sessions for colleagues and the learners identified above on topics as assigned by the department chair or their designee + Serve as a faculty advisor/mentor to residents or students as assigned by the department chair or their designee + Complete supporting documentation for patient care encounters and submit charges in a timely manner, as defined by institutional and/or department policies. **Grant Funded?:** No **Pay Grade Minimum:** Salary commensurate with related education, experience and/or skills **Pay Basis:** Monthly **Work Location:** Amarillo **Preferred Qualifications:** Position will be filled at appropriate rank based on selected candidates credentials.
