Position Summary:
The Assisted Director of Facilities, is responsible for directing the daily work activities of the Facilities Engineering Department staff; engaged in the operation, maintenance and the repair of the entire physical plant including buildings grounds, utility systems and equipment. Develops departmental policies and procedures and manages their implementation in accordance with departmental strategic objectives or initiatives. Prepares staffing and budgetary plans, and manages resources to achieve department goals. Performs general managerial duties such as supervising staff, planning, scheduling, budgeting, data analysis, reporting, and performing presentations. Represents the department to customers and the Hospital to patients, visitors, or interested parties.Shift:

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Business or related field. Or, equivalent level of knowledge as obtained through 20 years of comparable experience inmedical facilities, including 10 years at a manager or above level in Facilities
Experience
15 years related work experience, including 10 years in a supervisory capacity.Certifications/Licensure
CHFM Preferred or the ability to get within 6 months of hire No license requiredSalary Range: Minimum 44.31 per visit - Maximum 77.57 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
