Asst Nurse Manager (NHRMC Only)
Job Summary Our Med I and Med II teams are seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager that will assist on support for evenings on both units. At least 3 years of experience in acute care with leadership experience preferred. + Schedule: Full Time; 40 hours per week. Will need to work afternoon/evening hours. 8 hour shifts exact schedule to be determined (possibly 4pm-12am/ 5pm-1am) + Department: both Med I & Med 2 (medsurg) + Location: New Hanover Regional Medical Center Remarkable Care. Graduate Degree, preferred. + Experience : Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, Required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, Required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications. + Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
