Marvin Roanoke is looking for a 3rd Shift Assistant Supervsior to join the team.The Assistant Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in leading and supervising the department. This person must be able to maintain the stability of the department when the Supervisor is unable to be present.
Highlights of your role Provides employees with tools, information, knowledge and support to meet production goals.Partners with Supervisor on process changes and continuous improvement projects.Approachable, Listens, and Encourages to ensure a positive culture; Creating a great place to work.Assists in training, performance reviews, and disciplines.Supports daily productivity by balancing labor against goalsCommunicates and involves appropriate support departments when needed.Meets and maintains quality measuresMeets and maintains safety measures( OSHA incident rate)Additional duties as assigned
