Responsible for ensuring operations of the Venue and associate performances are in accordance with Coushatta Casino Resort Policy and Procedures and Gaming regulations, on an assigned shift.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Four-year college degree preferred. Two to three years of restaurant management experience required.
