Example: You will be part of the Technical Infrastructure team responsible for designing, building and delivering key technical building blocks such as Servers, Storage, Networking, Voice, Databases, Data Centers, Service Desk and Monitoring tools. Our job is to ensure that every WSI location, associate and customer has the best experience possible utilizing our vast array of technical solutions we provide.
About the Role
A Visual Merchandising team member contributes to the marketing and sales efforts of a retail location and catalog by designing, developing and taking charge of the visual look of the store and its merchandise. As a member of the in-store merchandising team, you will be executing merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining visual displays in the store windows and on the sales floor. You will also contribute to the future vision of the store and catalog by participating in many set ups to influence the look of the new seasons to come.
Your key responsibilities as a visual merchandising associate will include visual display, decorating, propping, creation of directives and merchandising training. Come up with creative solutions for decoration and display. Will also influence marketing and packaging. Assist in the production of the visual presentation booklet, photo booklets, perimeters, weekly memos and in-store set-ups.

Manage the development of the store product presentation floorplans.
Assist in Visual Packet illustrations and production.
Manage all weekly presentation updates and emails to the field.
Manage the in-store set-up and the production of the memo and/or photo booklet for all drawbridge and header presentations.
Manage the production of product lists for the perimeter bays and coordinate merchandise lists with the Planning Department.
Assist in the conceptual meetings and implementation of the window presentation.
Assist in merchandising Special Events, Manager's Conference and Product Development's conceptual meeting room.
Assist in the mock store presentation for the Store, Catalog and Product Development set ups.

Previous project management experience in a deadline driven environment.
2 - 4 years experience in visual merchandising with multi-store responsibility.
Ability to work with tools (drills, hammers, etc.)
Ability to move furniture for the set ups.
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal).
Ability to work independently.
Proficient on a Mac.
Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign.
Technical Competencies required: ***

Deep understanding of numerous networking protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VRRP, DNS, DHCP, proxy functions (forward and reverse), security protocols (IPSec, SSL, etc.), real-time protocols for voice (Skinny, SIP, H.323, MGCP), in addition to WAN communications protocols including MPLS, DWDM, OC carrier, BRI/PRI
Familiarization with cloud/storage services
Basic scripting skills in Python, Perl, iRules, TCL, Chef/Puppet or Go a plus

Part-Time Flex associates must be available to work a minimum of two regularly scheduled shifts on the weekend** (Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday) and two during the week (Monday to Thursday). For an associate to be scheduled 20 hours or more weekly, greater availability (beyond the minimum required above) that meets the needs of the business will be required. **Weekend availability cannot fall on the same day; an associate must be available on two separate days (Friday and Saturday, Friday and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday).

This role offers a competitive compensation package including pay and benefits. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. The anticipated pay range for this role will be: $23.00-$26.00 per hour.
