The opportunity

Assurance Business Service specialise in delivering high quality and efficient audit and advisory services to a portfolio of clients, understanding the enterprise-wide view of business risk and how this risk can be effectively managed. We use state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to evaluate business processes and controls, and advanced technology in knowledge sharing.

 

Responsibilities 

Identify opportunities or gather requirements from stakeholders of the business needs (audit teams and clients), design and deploy data analytics model / tools to create business values Design algorithms and program flow Write clean and efficient code based on specifications Create technical documentation for reference and reporting Analyze existing programs for modification and improvement Research and design customized tools, websites, programs, and applications Collect and evaluate end-user feedback and further improve the project output Be independent and lead a team to complete tasks within the deadline Continuously sharpen skillset by learning and maintaining knowledge of existing and emerging digital tools

 

Requirements

Bachelor / Master’s degree in STEM background / Data Analytics / Data Science / Computer Science is preferred  DSE English Level 4 or above / IELTS Writing Band 7 or above is preferred  Ability to acquire new programming languages and technologies Knowledge of any of the following programming languages (Python / R / Ruby / HTML / CSS / JavaScript / SQL)  Prior experience in web scraping, data extraction, and task automation is an advantage Prior experience in mainstream ERP or accounting systems is an advantage (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics NAV, YonYou, KingDee, etc.)
