The University of Florida, Department of Medicine, and Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a tenure/non-tenure, Assistant/Associate/Full Professor with innovative leadership and good interpersonal skills to become an active and integral member of the Division of Cardiology, Section of Heart Failure. Rank and Tenure status will be commensurate with qualifications.

Applicants should have a record of distinguished accomplishments and proficiency in clinical duties, administration, and clinical investigation to include mentoring new physicians, fostering a progressive and dynamic work environment, and promoting teaching and research. Responsibilities will include heart failure services at the Shand's Hospital at the University of Florida. Clinical duties will include performance and teaching in heart failure services. Coverage of inpatient heart failure services and general cardiology services as well as outpatient clinical duties and other duties as assigned. Individuals with expertise in Infiltrative Cardiomyopathies, Cardio Oncology, or Inheritable Cardiomyopathies are encouraged to apply. Expected Salary:Salary is negotiable, commensurate with education and experience.
Minimum Requirements: Applicants must have a medical degree and Florida Medical License. Preferred Qualifications: Applicants must have an MD degree. Will consider candidates with a variety of experience levels and who have an interest in basic or clinical research.
