AT&T Partner Management SVP

The AT&T Partner Management Sr. Lead Officer will be responsible for supporting the both new and legacy AT&T credit card products with a focus on controls, customer experience and portfolio optimization._ _Responsibilities_ _:_ + _Ensure adequate controls are in place and identified issues are appropriately managed, escalated, tracked, and resolved. Serve as point person for all AT&T portfolio related iCAPs._ + _Support various contractual requirements including management of the contract dashboard process, to ensure that all contractual commitments are being met each month. Support contractual amendments and side letters with AT&T as needed._ + _Identify opportunities based on customer insights and take appropriate action to drive improvements in customer communication and experience throughout lifecycle. Measure the impact of all actions taken and continually monitor customer feedback through call monitoring sessions, NPS and J.D. Power survey reviews to identify and address pain points; participate in customer journeys and partner with Customer Experience to action improvement._ + _Partner with key internal partners such as Risk and Fraud to ensure strategies are optimized for the AT&T portfolio and are aligned with the overarching strategic vision and desired portfolio economics. Maintain an understanding of performance trends and assist in the active pursuit of opportunities to drive growth and card usage while improving profitability._ + _Responsible for participating on cross functional teams to execute against key portfolio strategies, achieving profitability targets as well as driving Portfolio and Program Management activities._ + _Assist in developing periodic plans and forecasting of key portfolio metrics across the products._ + _Develop presentations for all levels of the organization and partner articulating the strategic plan, benefits and contingency plans._ + _Analyze market trends through primary and secondary research._ + _Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards._ _Required Skills_ _:_ + _Outstanding strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to innovate and problem solve_ + _Finance, Risk, and/or Analytical experience encouraged_ + _Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a strong sense of urgency_ + _Strong customer focus and someone who has demonstrated past achievements applying a customer mindset to shape strategies and action plans_ + _Influencing skills - ability to work across multiple teams and functions to align and deliver against the team’s business objectives_ + _Experience leading and delivering in a highly matrixed organization without direct responsibility for resources_ + _Excellent verbal and presentation skills, with experience working with teams in multiple locations_ _Qualifications:_ + 8 - 10+ years experience in Credit Card Marketing or relevant product marketing experience + Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Consumer Sales ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Consumer Business Development ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Wilmington Delaware United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $156,160.00 - $234,240.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
