About this opportunity:
We are now looking for a Networks Inbuilding Program Director that effectively and efficiently leads Contract fulfillment including the delivery of products and services. In this role you will build insights and trends to find opportunities for closer commercial relationships with our customers. Also, you will assume Contract Fulfillment Responsible (CFR) to ensure continuity and alignment of contract terms defined during pre-sales through the program delivery and customer acceptance and perform the role of FAS Sponsor from the creation of the fulfillment assignment (FAS) to closure.
What you will do:
Act as Pre-Sales CFR for NW contractsBe responsible for defining the Network contract execution strategy and associated risk exposure for a specific opportunity. Take the lead for the Program execution strategy and associated risk exposure including E+OH Sand Security issues associated with the engagement Manage Customer Relationship being main interface and critical issues point for all service delivery activities towards the customer (internally and externally) either on FAS or Program level Represent KAMs and Service Delivery organizations within Steering Groups, upholding the financial performance to contracts with focus on cash flow and margins.Drive process and tool development, focusing on delivery simplification through the product life cycle management process as well as Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.
The skills you bring:
Academic degree (minimum bachelor's) in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.Strong consultative and negotiation skills with stakeholder and customer relationship management capabilities.Expertise in change and improvement management, with a focus on process automation and business development.Proficiency in data analytics and financial acumen, including AI and Ericsson portfolio knowledge.Effective service delivery, planning, and organization, with an emphasis on meeting customer expectations.Ability to persuade and influence, leveraging customer insights for entrepreneurial and commercial thinking.Leadership skills, including supervision and team management, to drive results.Why join Ericsson?
