What will you be doing?
This resource will be responsible for managing and supporting a variety of customer lab projects and programs in the ATC (Advanced Technology Center). We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PMO Program Manager to lead and oversee our portfolio of technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects. As a PMO Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our technical projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
About the ATC: The ATC is a collaborative ecosystem to design, build, educate, demonstrate, and deploy innovative technology products and integrated architectural solutions for WWT customers, partners and employees. With it, we’ve helped our customers do amazing things.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a portfolio of technical projects, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Develop and maintain a program roadmap, outlining key milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements. Provide overall program direction and ensure all projects within the program are on track. Work closely with project managers to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and proactively take corrective actions to keep projects on track. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Allocate and optimize resources across projects to ensure efficient project delivery. Collaborate with functional managers to identify resource gaps and address staffing needs. Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans. Continuously assess and manage project and program risks to minimize disruptions. Ensure that projects adhere to established quality standards and best practices. Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews to assess project quality. Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners. Provide regular updates on program status, risks, and issues. Manage the program budget, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Drive process improvements within the PMO to enhance project and program management practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among team members.
