Roles and Responsibilities
Those roles that act as the interface between the clinical customer and the Engineering team. They focus on collecting user needs and user experience requirements. Individuals in these roles typically have a clinical background or experience in a healthcare provider setting.Developing the clinical innovation roadmap by specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.Supporting clinical research for new product development, including support the ME site, training support, feedback collection and assessment.Providing clinical input for advanced technology development, including clinical value assessment, clinical scenario definition. Working with engineering and product management team.Provide clinical input for product roadmap planning, including the clinical trend from the market, new clinical application identification. Working with product manager.Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the marketActs as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.Required Qualifications
This role requires significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & Clinical Applications. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or collegeDesired Characteristics
