Athenix Solutions Group is looking for Risk Management Analyst to work in McLean, VA area. Do you have skills and experience in some of the following areas? + Develops, coordinates, and maintains internet knowledge base/risk framework, data model, lexicon, and questionnaires to assist providers, system owners and users. + Assists with the development of the internet decision tree to fully automate the questionnaire. + Utilizes experience working in a broad set of intelligence roles in operations and leadership capacities to inform and support customer decision making. + Identifies technology opportunities and gaps in technical capabilities, and processes evaluating and developing strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in cross-organizational environment. + Provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. + Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations. + Interacts with the Senior Government leadership roles regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues, or conflicts. + Regularly communicates, coordinates, and briefs with other program personnel, government overseers, senior executives, and end-customer user teams. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS + A BA or BS degree required in related field. + Thirteen years’ experience as Systems Engineer, or as a manager of engineering functional office in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. + Strong Internet Ops tradecraft skill set + Demonstrated experience assessing risk, impacts, and developing contingencies to mitigate those issues + Demonstrated experience analyzing structure and unstructured data and streamlining business process, making customized algorithms and data modeling + Demonstrated experience working with risk frameworks + Demonstrated experience with data visualization and link analysis + Demonstrated experience performing strategic systems planning + Demonstrated experience developing and implementing logical workflows for complex decision matrices + Demonstrated experience completing various forms of communications for executive, technical and mission audiences + Demonstrated experience in making logical, fact-based informed decisions about mission internet technology solutions and their usage + Demonstrated experience identifying technology opportunities and gaps in technical capabilities and process + Demonstrated experience with time management and working on multiple initiatives + Demonstrated experience evaluating and developing strategies to solve complex system engineering challenges in cross-organizational environment + Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
