The Athletic Facilities/Operations Manager assists with the management of athletics facilities and competition surfaces, scheduling, repairs and maintenance as well as event setup. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Assists with the maintenance and repair of all athletic facilities/venues. Helps maintain athletic fields-both grass and turf. Daily preparation of athletic fields for practices and games. Responsibilities will require all types of grass management including: mowing, trimming, blowing, aerating, overseeding, top dressing, and line/logo painting. -Assists with event management for home athletic events. Helps manage setup for home competitions as well as cleanup and tear down afterward. -Coordination and communication with special events and outside renters, preparation of rental agreements inclusive of insurance requirements. -Manage NCAA requirements with regard to technology, equipment and competition surfaces. -Coordination and communication with Missouri Valley Conference regarding home contests, television requirements and conference championships as it relates to Indiana State Athletic Facilities.
