Goals
1. Help create an energetic environment for all fans.
2. Provide music that ties to promotion and/or theme night.
3. Work with Athletic Marketing team on enhancement to game environment.
Scope of Work
1. Athletic Marketing will provide a list of songs that are requested by teams for warm-ups.
2. Athletic Marketing will provide a list of promotions/theme nights so that appropriate music can be sourced for the game.
3. DJ should provide music based on guidelines from Athletic Marketing. Music should not contain any explicit language or inappropriate references or content.
4. Music will be played during the following times:
- Doors Open/Warm-Ups (begins 1 hour prior to match time)
- Player Introductions
- Dead Balls (quick hits)
- Timeouts/Promotions (:30-2:00 in length)
- Post-Game (approximately 10 minutes)
5. DJ will be provided a headset during each game to have direct communication with Athletic Marketing/game producer and audio engineer.
Indoor and sitting for long periods of time. Option to stand while working.
