The NC A&T Sports Dietitian will provide individual and group/team nutrition counseling and education to enhance the performance of intercollegiate student-athletes on-campus and during travel.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit:

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, dietetics or related field and two years of relative experience. Registered Dietician (RD). Licensed Dietician in the State of North Carolina or eligible. Ability to work a non-standard work week which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Nutrition or related field. Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics ( CSSD ). Member of Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association ( CPSDA ). Experience working as a dietitian/nutritionist in collegiate athletics at the Division I level or comparable.

This position may be eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies. N.C. A&T employees are generally required to reside in North Carolina, within a 2-hour commuting distance of their assigned duty station.
