SW developer trainee position

The role is part of Atlassian solution team within ST/DO/Enterprise Application/ R&D department.

Atlassian solution team is developing, enhancing and maintaining solutions for the Nokia Business groups throughout those their business processes are implemented based on Atlassian / Jira & Confluence (some examples : Requirement Mgmt, Fault Mgmt , Test Mgmt .

The role will cover SW development and testing for features / sub-features under clear guidance of a Senior Solution designer from the Atlassian solution team.  The role requires some communication and limited interaction with business users. Furthermore, it can require collaboration with other IT team members as well as our IT operations service provider. All communication has to be done in English.

 

Position: Atlassian Solutions Trainee Engineer

Duration: Fixed term for 6 months with potential contract renewal

Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid)

 

Knowledge & Experience
 

graduation or ongoing study in Informaticsfundamental SW development, debugging and testing knowledgeskills on Java SW developmentRelational DB skills,  SQL script - beneficialScripting languages knowledge, e.g. Python, Groovy Atlassian Jira / Confluence - beneficial

We design, develop, test, maintain and further enhance BG Atlassian solutions

The person will work integrated into solution team  following agile backlog mgmt  methodology.
The person will develop / enhance features for the 3 BG's under detailed guidance by an experienced Solution designer / architect.     
There is limited space for taking own decisions about the design and the implementation by the person.The person needs to collaborate with team members in Atlassian Solution team, with engineers from Nokia BG's and people from our service providers.
