As an ATLIS Administrator, you will manage and maintain the ATLIS timekeeping and invoicing system for Freeport while supporting multiple sites. This role involves interfacing with Contract Supervisors, BASF Coordinators, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate invoicing, SAP data entries, and labor reporting. Additionally, you will assist the Construction Management team with budget-related tasks and collaborate with Procurement to obtain necessary documents for pricing rates and terms. **As a ATLIS Administrator, you create chemistry by...** + Overseeing the ATLIS timekeeping system to ensure accurate contractor invoicing and compliance with contract terms. + Identifying and resolving any ATLIS-related issues, including errors in the SAP interface. + Generating SAP personnel numbers for contractors. + Maintaining a list of invoices while providing monthly accruals for Construction Management cost centers and running quarterly reports, including labor and cost savings metrics, for multiple sites. + Delivering specialized reports and labor data to Turnaround (TAR) teams, assisting in preparing annual budgets for Construction Management, inputting data to provide insights for annual framework purchase orders (POs), and collaborating with Contract Supervisors and BASF Coordinators to verify contractor hours for accurate reporting. + Assisting with internal audits to ensure contractor compliance with billing rates, markups, and timekeeping while supporting data mining and KPI reporting to enable effective decision-making for Construction and Maintenance Managers. **If you...** + Have minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance or construction environments. + Possess a strong understanding of construction processes and commercial terms and conditions. + Have proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerBI, and Access. + Have experience in invoice and contract review and management. + Possess knowledge of labor reporting and cost forecasting. + Have experience with the ATLIS system (preferred). **Create your own chemistry with you@BASF** At BASF, you will have the chance to do meaningful work towards building a more sustainable future.
