ATM Help Desk team provides technical support for our ATM estate worldwide and operates in English. Our ATMs are all over the world therefore we work on a shift pattern basis (day/night - 24/7/365).
In 2023, Travelex is starting one of the biggest projects in years and ATM HelpDesk is massively involved. By being part of our team, you’ll gain valuable experience and opportunities for career growth.
**What to expect?**
+ General support of our ATMs, solving tickets & queues quickly and effectively
+ Communication with landlords, suppliers as well as Travelex colleagues – both email and phone
+ Coordinating and tailoring solutions to fit the customer
+ Work with the charts using multiple internal systems
+ Work with multiple external portals
+ Data quality check (resolving discrepancies)
+ Updating trackers
+ Reviewing internal reports and creating ones for senior management
+ International team
+ Interesting and diverse tasks
**What do we expect?**
+ Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows and Office
+ English – B2 level, both in writing and orally
+ Any other language is an advantage but not necessary
+ Good communicational skills
+ Proactive approach and full flexibility – work on assigned shift pattern (occasionally work during nights)
+ Multitasking

+ Problem-solving
+ We don’t require experience in the field, nor technical knowledge of ATMs – we will train you and pass on the knowledge you might need. This position is suitable for graduates.
**What do we offer?**
+ Fixed contract - 1 year (Full time, 37,5h per week)
+ Salary – 42 000 CZK GROSS per month
+ 4 weeks of the annual leave + 1 additional week of holidays
