About the team:

ATM implementation team works on Adding/updating/deleting ATMs. They work for clients in US. ATM team co-ordinates with internal teams for changes related to ATM loads, Telecom and image file creations. They also provide support for troubleshooting issues with ATMs.

What you will be doing:

Accepting Client requests and coordinate with client to get the Proper data/requirement regarding the tasks/Projects.Perform specified pre-live tasks, including Network and database configurations.Managing system configuration and Loads related to ATM software.Responsible for reporting, tracking and management of software tickets and Projects.Responsible for tracking and resolution of data, configuration and internal network issues
that affect the ATM systems.Ensuring Tasks/Projects completing on time.Perform other duties as assigned by Manager ATM Support.

What you bring:

Knowledge in Banking products and services through documentation, cross-training and knowledge transfer.Experience in Switching technology, ISO standards, Cards & Payments, Authorization, Settlement concepts.Hands on experience on ATM/CRM/BNA System.Should have knowledge on ATM terminals of NCR / Wincor / Okie / Hitachi makesUnderstanding of client server model.Should have experience on ATM Screen Flow, States, etcShould have working experience on NDC/DDC Protocol.Should have experience in EFT switch.Should have knowledge in HP nonstop Tandem-TAL/TACL.
