**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking anATO/ATC Managerto join our team located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia supporting Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) efforts to implement the architecture, required services, and facilitate adoption of Army Cloud (cARMY) services. The program provides Information Technology services and technical subject matter expertise (SME) to support overall strategy and migration to cARMY environment that currently includes Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure clouds at IL 2, 4, 5 and 6.
Analyzes, diagnoses and resolves issues with security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems. Researches attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures. Maintains hardware, software and network firewalls and encryption protocols. Administers security policies to control physical and virtual access to systems. Provide A&A support by creating and providing required RMF artifacts to include: cARMY Patch Management, cARMY ATO / RMF Support Documentation (eMASS record supporting documentation), Cyber Task Order (CTO) Response and Mitigation Support. cARMY vulnerability response and mitigation, Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Run STIG Scans, Review STIG Checklists for Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), Remediate Vulnerabilities, Create POA&Ms, POA&M Closeout, and Acceptance of Risk (AOR) memos. Produce and maintain the required RMF documentation and artifacts necessary to support all RMF A&A activities as well as any tailoring of controls and/or documentation to support RMF A&A on the two network domains. Conduct data input and management of the RMF artifacts as needed and/or during annual reviews.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of working experience, may substitute experience for education such as High School graduate with 10 years of experience; candidates with Armed Forces courses, extensive certification, and additional experience are highly encouraged to apply.
+ DoDM 8140.03 (former DoD 8570.01-M) Intermediate qualification (e.g. Security CA) within 6 months of starting position.
+ Must be located within 75 miles of ECMA at Ft. Belvoir, VA.
+ CompTIA Security certified
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
+ ITILv4 Foundation
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
