Job SummaryAs a Lead Housekeeping Attendant, you will maintain a clean, neat, and orderly appearance in the hotel. Promote Bally's DNA and culture through actions and positive attitude. This position's starting wage is $17.
Essential Functions Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times. Assist in monitoring staffing levels to ensure budgetary compliance. Assist with repairs and preventive maintenance tasks and projects as assigned. Perform deep cleaning tasks and special cleaning projects. Vacuum and mop floors Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Ensure all chemicals are labeled and signage is posted. Answer all calls promptly and professionally. Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities. Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner. Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members. Comply with all policies and procedures established byBally'sand departmental management. All other duties as assigned Qualifications Appropriate and safe use of all housekeeping tools and equipment, including, but not limited to, including vacuum cleaner, carpet cleaner, buffer, hand tools, shop vac, and safety equipment. Familiarity with required OSHA standards and all safety guidelines. Appropriate use of personal protective equipment. Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Read, write, and understand simple instructions. Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members. Understand and adhere to all applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations. Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures. Physical Requirements Required to walk and stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls Reach with hands and arms; stoop, crouch, kneel, and bend; talk and hear Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, including overhead lifting Environmental Working ConditionsThe work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
