Job Summary

This position is responsible for driving the shuttle bus or other company vehicles to and from various locations in a safe and efficient manner. Seasonally responsible for handling guest coat check.

Essential Functions Provides a seamless arrival and departure for all guests. Transports hotel guests in hotel shuttle bus or other company vehicle safely and efficiently. Assists elderly and disabled patrons of the hotel as needed. Completes daily maintenance checklist. Performs daily preventative maintenance on bus such as checking brakes, windshield wipers, etc., as well as adding fuel regularly. Keeps the interior of the bus, including windows, clean. Properly check in and out guests coats upon arrival and departure. Provides exceptional customer service. Work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations. Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests. Follow all relevant policies and procedures. Must comply with the company’s recycling program standards.
