About the position: The law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years experience in the area of Workers’ Compensation.
Duties include representing clients in Workers’ Compensation cases. Gather evidence, evaluate findings, and develop strategies and arguments. Attend hearings & bench trials & litigate cases. Negotiate settlements. Manage case preparation, including research, document handling, and court appearances.
