About the position: Litigation Attorney with 5+ years litigation experience with focus on medical malpractice defense. The ideal candidate will have experience at trial and significant experience with all stages of litigation, including depositions, written discovery and expert development.

Minimum Requirements
5 years of litigation experience
1+ year of experience in med mal, defense, personal injury or similar area
Licensed Member of the Delaware State Bar Association
