Description We are seeking a Family Law Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. This position is ideal for an attorney with prior experience in family law, though we are open to candidates with a strong background as a paralegal transitioning into an attorney role. Candidates with local Bay Area experience are preferred. Key Responsibilities: + Draft and respond to declarations, discovery requests, and preliminary declarations of disclosure + Assist with motion practice, depositions, and legal research + Handle matters involving high-conflict custody disputes (a plus) + Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on family law matters + Work both independently and collaboratively to manage caseloads efficiently Requirements Qualifications: + Active California Bar admission required + Family law experience is a must + Strong experience in motions, depositions, and case strategy + Exceptional legal research, writing, and communication skills + Ability to work independently and within a team environment + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Experience in high-conflict custody disputes is a plus This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and well-established family law practice.
