Responsibilities: • Utilize your Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school to provide quality legal advice and representation. • Maintain good standing with the Virginia bar, ensuring compliance with all relevant statutes, regulations, and procedures. • Leverage your experience in family law to handle sensitive family matters with empathy and professionalism. • Use your excellent communication skills to negotiate on behalf of clients and advocate for their interests. • Independently manage a busy workload in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating your abilities in organization and time management. • Utilize your skills with 3M, Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, Conveyancer, and Document Management to effectively manage cases and client information. • Employ your expertise in civil litigation, claim administration, and complaint handling to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. • Stay updated on developments in consumer electronics to provide well-informed legal advice and representation. Requirements • Must hold a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Family Law Attorney in Virginia is required.
