Attorney - Civil Litigation

A prestigious and well-established national law firm headquartered in Tucker, GA, seeks a dynamic and driven Civil Litigation Attorney. Here, you can work directly with the managing partners on a diverse range of cases, providing top-tier legal representation to our clients.

Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience preferred. Creditors Rights Bankruptcy experience a plus...will consider Criminal or Personal Injury.  Trial and Courtroom Experience needed! GA Bar Admission Ability to build rapport with clients. Strong case management and organization skills, including managing numerous cases at once

 

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate the ability to develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. Demonstrate attention to detail preparing and filing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs. Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations. Manage the discovery process, including depositions, document requests, and evidence gathering. Demonstrate the ability to communicate with clients informing them about case progress and providing clear explanations of legal matters. Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions. Excellent writing skills.

Billable Hour Requirement: 1600 per year

Salary plus quarterly incentive bonus and end-of-year discretionary bonus

(Incentive Bonus paid Quarterly for any hours exceeding 400 billable per quarter)
