Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Attorney with a focus on Homeowners Associations (HOA). This role is based in San Diego, California but can be performed fully remotely. You will be working extensively with Homeowners Associations, primarily dealing with CCNRs and Davis Stirling cases, and assisting with pre-case tasks. Responsibilities: • Conducting legal research and providing legal advice on HOA matters including cease and desist orders, neighbor disputes, and more. • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts related to HOA. • Handling some litigation tasks related to HOA cases. • Assisting with pre-case tasks to prepare for upcoming cases. • Providing internal support for case management.
