Description Robert Half is seeking an Attorney for a growing law firm in Chicago, Illinois. The role involves representing clients in areas such as workers’ compensation and personal injury. Responsibilities: • Effectively manage a large caseload of personal injury or workers’ compensation cases • Undertake and excel in all aspects of litigation and negotiation processes • Conduct strong research and analytical tasks to ensure accurate case resolutions • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all work • Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive and respectful attitude • Display a high level of motivation and dedication towards achieving success • Utilize exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients • Handle court filings and courtroom proceedings proficiently • Leverage skills in civil litigation and negotiation to ensure client satisfaction Requirements • Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school • Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field • Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction • Experience in civil litigation is required • Proficiency in handling complaints and managing personal injury plaintiffs • Familiarity with court filings and courtroom procedures • Must have a proven track record of successful negotiation • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and in a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High level of professionalism and adherence to ethical standards Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
