Description Job Title: Real Estate Associate Location: Bethesda, Maryland Job Description: Robert Half is working with a mid-sized law firm located in Bethesda, Maryland, seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join its nationally recognized commercial real estate practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to advance their career in a dynamic and collaborative environment Key Responsibilities: + Work on diverse real estate transactions, such as joint ventures, investment structuring, development projects, P3 initiatives, and infrastructure endeavors. + Coordinate and negotiate commercial leasing agreements and real estate financing arrangements. + Advocate for a broad range of clients, including large publicly traded companies, state and local government entities, real estate developers, high-net-worth individuals, small to medium-sized businesses, property owners, and commercial landlords Requirements Qualifications: + Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. + Admission to the bar in Maryland, DC, or Virginia is preferred. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law. + Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
