Position Summary: We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 4-6 years of experience in complex commercial disputes. In this role, you will manage cases involving partnerships, shareholders, licensing, construction, real estate, and more. Working closely with a highly experienced partner, you will be pivotal in building the firm’s commercial litigation practice. This is a partner-track opportunity for someone ready to take on leadership and complex case management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: + Handle all aspects of litigation from pretrial through trial, including research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. + Attend hearings, prepare cross-examinations, and manage expert reports and discovery processes. + Represent and counsel clients in complex commercial litigation matters and negotiate settlements. + Provide comprehensive legal guidance to businesses on operations, structure, and compliance with international and domestic laws. + Oversee workflow between associates and support staff, ensuring efficiency and effective case management. Requirements Qualifications: + J.D. degree from an accredited law school. + Admitted to practice law in New York + 4-6 years of experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney in a major law firm setting. + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability. + Proven ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively with partners and clients.
