Description We are seeking a skilled Attorney/Lawyer for our team located in Dallas, Texas. This role involves managing family law cases and acting as the first point of contact for retained clients. You will be working in a highly professional environment, engaging in a range of responsibilities that require a strong background in Family Law and Case Management Software. Responsibilities: • Drafting a variety of legal documents including Petitions, Motions, Notice & Request for Hearings, Summons, Final Decrees, and Correspondence. • Reviewing and categorizing Assets & Liabilities worksheets for equitable property distribution. • Taking the lead in managing cases from initiation to completion. • Regularly updating clients on the status of their cases and providing informed options. • Reviewing pleadings and other legal documents. • Meeting with mentoring attorneys to regularly share information and define strategy. • Representing clients at family law hearings and trials. • Attending Hearings, Mediation, and Trials. • Participating in marketing activities to promote professional development. • Utilizing Case Management Software for efficient case handling.
