Description We are on the search for an Attorney/Lawyer, with a focus on insurance coverage and commercial litigation, to join our team located in Parsippany, New Jersey. In this role, you will be handling all aspects of litigation, providing legal counsel, and representing our clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. Responsibilities: • Oversee litigation processes including discovery and depositions • Conduct legal research and provide sound legal advice • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda • Evaluate insurance claims, liabilities, damages, and potential settlements • Engage in negotiations with opposing parties during court appearances • Regularly communicate with clients and advise on insurance policy coverages • Represent clients during court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations • Manage claim-related issues and make coverage determinations.
